Story Diorama
Hello G45ers!
“Childhood
is the one story that stands by itself in every soul.”
And this is what my
today’s project is.
I am super delighted
to write the blog for G45 Brand and presenting “Bedtime
Story Diorama” with “Mother Goose Deluxe Collector’s Edition”.
I have spent my childhood with tons of stories and
imaginations. And the time I hold the beautiful “Mother Goose” Paper pack in my
hand, it took me back to my childhood. A 3D set up was always in my heart to
create and this line allowed me to play with my imagination and creativity. Through
this project, I have brought different childhood stories in one platform.

To
start the process, I have used Mother Goose Deluxe Collector's Edition and
followed the below template.
I have cut 20 pieces of the template and stitched it from all around. Then folded each piece lengthwise from center and pasted is together. (Please refer the YouTube Video for step-by-step process video)

For
making the base of hot air balloon I have used small disposable cup and covered
it with rope. I have also covered 4 chip sticks to fix the Hot Air Balloon with
the base. Then I have used mixed media gel on the edges of the basket and added
the fussy cut out.
To
make the base I have cut the circle of 7.5 inches of diameter and cover it with
pattern paper.
For
making the Humpy Dumpty Wall I have used chipboard cutouts as mentioned below

Now
stick all the pieces (shown in video) and I have used brick stencil
to
give it a wall look. I have also added dry moss to wall. Fixed the wall to the
base and hide all the corner n edges with dry moss. At the I have added the
fussy cut out of Humpy Dumpty in little slating way.
Also,
I have added sleeping boy at the back side of wall and a little girl cut out in
front of Humpy Dumpty, who is looking at him.
I
have covered the surrounding area with dry moss and decorated this grass with
fussy cut tiny flowers.
At
last, I have used glitter, sequins and mixed media stone (mini) to finished my
project.
